I have been in UK for over one and a half years now and during this time i visited london only thrice. Every time I visited the city had a different experience and the first two visit being most memorable. The third visit to london ruined all the fun before even we started our tour. I lost my new hand bag while travelling in tube. It was so unfortunate that it happened just after landing to london and spoiled my trip. It was friday evening arnd 7.00 and the Lost Property Office was closed and we were not able to reach them over the phone also as it was their out of office time. I was getting frustrated and irritated on myself and also on the system as i am unable to reach anyone to help me in this regard. Who has not heard or rather eaten 'Cadbury Dairy Milk' chocolate ?? I am sure most of us would have craved for it in our childhood days. When ever my uncle was visiting us, he used to bring two big cadbury dairy milk chocolate for my brother and myself. We both wanted to it as slowly as possible and don't wanted to share it with anyone. During my engineering days, If i miss breakfast/lunch before exams, I used to eat 2 small cadbury chocolates and drink one full glass of water. This was keeping my stomach full for the next 3hrs. I even remember keeping the silver/gold foil wrapped to the chocolates inside my text or note book. With my first salary, I remember buying a big fruit and nut cadbury chocolate to home. My mom at first scolded me why do u spend money for such things and then she said where will we go out and buy such things !!! Two more days and we will say good bye to 2008 and welcome 2009 with a hope to see a better year than last year. Make new resolutions, goals for the year.  For me year 2008 has been like a 'Roller Coaster ride' and to be specific something like Mamba ride in worlds of fun, kansas MO. Mamba ride is one of the tallest, longest and fastest ride in the world. it first takes riders 200ft above ground level and then flings them toward earth at 75 miles per hr and ride duration is approx 3mins. In that 3mins,  it takes approx 2mins to reach 200ft and then all the fun and thrill is in just 1min..... In 2008, i have seen days which were slow and monotonous, most precious and happy days,  not forgetting sad and low days, funny days, fighty days, thrilling days etc etc When i look back in 2008, though i reached few very important milestones in my life, am not very satisfied with the way my days passed.  I just wish i don't get to see another year like this one in my life.  Life took ...

Monday begining of the week...as usual i got up, made breakfast and sent my husband to office and got busy with my household work. Around 11.30, someone knocked the front door and i opened the door without knowing what is awaiting for me... hmmmm there was delivery guy holding a box infront of me. Dont know who sent the box to me, i signed, said thanks to him and came inside. Very curoious wanted to check first who sent it to me and it was none other than my husband.. hmm that was the surpize gift i got from him. Was very happy to check what would be the gift for me.... and can any one guess ???? I myself didnt, It was a " Moon ". Yes a Moon.. was wondering how did he ever got an idea to gift me this and then i remembered few days back, before sleeping i opened windows so that 'moon light' can come inside our room. Am back after a long break..... yes i am. hope to update my blog frequently from now on... after my last post, my life has taken completely new dimension. A new begining in my life... so far so good :-) its been nearly a month after moving to the other part of the world. My Life style has completely changed from what i was having before. Trying to enjoy every moment of it. Leaving everyone n starting a new life has its own pain.. but as everyone knows 'to gain something v need to loose something'.. I just wish for more gain N less lose. :)

Last weekend i thought of going to a movie in forum. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and didnt get a single ticket for either 4'o clock show or 7'o clock. In the ticket kiosk i see only 'Sold Out' for most of the movies. Cant help as malls are the only entertainment in a city like Bengaluroo. What next ??? i decided to peep inside Landmark!!! which was crowded as though some discount sale is on. I just walked around the 2nd floor and didnt find anything interesting then went to book sections in 1st floor. Was just looking here and there and found this book just behind the counter/help desk. The book is called "Project Management-A Comedy of Errors" by Prasanna Kumar. Just went through the prologue and Publisher's note. the book seemed to be interesting. I just turned few pages and read few lines. It was interesting. So just decided to go for it. This book is not a serious guide for project management.
